Seventeen years selling real estate with Bayleys Gisborne preceded by twenty years’ experience working throughout the Gisborne/East Coast/Eastern Bay of Plenty/ region as part of a government valuation team has given me a thorough knowledge of the whole area and its property market.
 

As a long term beach dweller and broken down old surfer, I have a great passion for Gisborne life and appreciate that my work continues to take me from the residential and coastal areas of our city throughout the East Coast and further, towards Opotiki.
 

Scattered through the coast are small settlements and my past valuation work with Maori Land is of great benefit when I am marketing properties such as Maori Freehold Title, Perpetual Leases or the sale of Lessees interests in leased land.
 

Marketing and sales of coastal and waterfront properties is an area where I have enjoyed long term success. I have marketed a massive range of coastal properties between Gisborne and Whanarua Bay and high percentage of all the residential and coastal sales through the East coast were managed by myself, backed up by the Bayleys team.
 

My purchaser database contains active and passive buyers both nationally and overseas, including buyers from Canada, USA, UK and Australia, who are searching for a slice of the "Gisborne and East Coast magic".
